First off... you can see how transformative sheers are. Second... I`m a value guy. For me price is second and value always comes first. What value am I getting for the money I`m spending?
For curtains it should be that your curtains look great, function well, are proportioned correctly, are made well so they will last for many years to come. Textile is important and just as important is making the right choice in who makes your curtains.
My top tips....
Always talk to the person making your curtains.
- make sure they understand basic things like seam quality and correct thread and things that are basic to their craft.
- what will they do if things don`t go right?
Installation is critical. Do they know how the curtains will be installed? Do they know what the best tracking or hardware is for the job at hand? Do they understand how to manage the fabric as it hangs?
Too many people today don`t make their own curtains or install them either...how can they possibly know what is best for you?
When you consider hiring us you have a company that has been around for 30 years...not only do we install the curtains and make them but we design our own fabrics to hang perfectly as curtains.
I see so many poor curtains and while I recognize cost us a factor I believe that there should be a baseline of acceptable quality and standards that should be met.
